The Automotive BDC Representative plays a vital role in driving customer engagement and supporting sales operations within a small BDC team of 1-5 members. Reporting directly to the manager, this position involves balanced inbound and outbound communication to generate leads, schedule appointments, and ensure follow-up. The role requires strong customer service skills, CRM management, and offers opportunities for career advancement into sales. No travel is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through proactive customer outreach
- Manage customer contact via inbound and outbound calls
- Schedule appointments effectively to support sales activities
- Conduct follow-up communication to maintain customer engagement
- Provide sales support to facilitate smooth transaction processes
- Deliver excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems
