You will be the Engineering Aide for the Engineering Operations team. Our team is responsible for delivering highquality electronics manufacturing through continuous improvement and cuttingedge automation.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Engineering Aide you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting our manufacturing workforce.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • Train operators on process skills and machine operation for electronics manufacturing.

  • Perform machine program and settings changes, and assist with setup and daily operation.

  • Troubleshoot processes and equipment, investigate defects, and implement corrective actions.

  • Evaluate, implement, and integrate new automated manufacturing equipment and technologies.

  • Support new product introductions and technology rollouts while fostering effective team communication.

Basic Qualifications:
At least two years of technical work experience or technical education. Experience in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency with interpreting technical data packages and engineering drawings. This facility requires special access and therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:
Experience in assembly of electronics. Experience with manufacturing production control systems. Prior experience in operation and programming of automated production equipment, including automated optical inspection systems. Basic mechanical and electronic troubleshoot skills. Experience with solder reflow processes and equipment. Ability to evaluate technical manufacturing acceptability criteria for electronic assemblies.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
