Seasonal Remote Data Processing Agent

Location: Remote (Equipment pickup required in Vero Beach, FL)

Pay Rate: $14.00/hour

Target Start Date: November 4, 2025

What You’ll Do

• Process orders from email, phone, and online platforms
• Enter mail-in orders with accurate customer information, product details, and pricing
• Review and verify order completeness before processing
• Escalate discrepancies while maintaining order tracking
• Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and a smooth workflow

Qualifications

• Must live in Florida and be able to travel to our headquarters to pick up equipment
• Reliable internet connection (25 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up minimum)
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Strong computer literacy and accurate typing skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working independently and following established procedures
• Due to the short nature of our seasonal window, time off is generally not available during peak season (November–January). Applicants should be prepared to work all scheduled shifts during this time.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. (6-hour shifts)
• Possible early dismissal based on order volume/workload
• No weekend work required
