Temporary Legal Data Entry Clerk
Jacksonville, FL | 1-Month Project

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking 3-4 detail-oriented Legal Data Entry Clerks for a one-month temporary assignment with a respected law firm in Jacksonville.

Responsibilities:

Save and organize court documents received electronically
Upload files into the firm's document management system
Ensure documents are accurately named and filed
Perform high-volume data entry with a strong attention to detail

Qualifications:

Previous administrative, legal support, or data entry experience preferred
Familiarity with a document management system (iManage, NetDocuments, or similar) is a plus
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per year
