CNA Certified Nurse Assistant Mon-Fri Full Time 11p7a Bi-lingual Eng/Spanish Required
- Provide direct resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and mobility
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with the nursing team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in resident care conferences and care planning meetings
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Current CNA certification in the state of Florida
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
- Ability to work weekends from 3pm to 11pm
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Competitive hourly rate of $15 - $16.5 per hour
