Injection Molding Quality Manager

A global leader in on-product branding for premium consumer and professional markets is seeking a hands-on Process & Quality Manager to take ownership of a brand-new, critical role at our 100% onsite Sarasota, FL plant. Responsibilities

This role requires a hands-on leader to build and sustain a process-driven quality system aligned with ISO 9001 fundamentals.

• Process Excellence & Control: Lead process improvement across all manufacturing operations (including injection molding, hot stamping, and assembly). Define critical process parameters, standard work, and control plans with Engineering and Operations. Shift culture from inspection-based to process-driven quality.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead data-driven analysis and corrective action using structured methodologies (8D, DMAIC, FMEA, SPC) to reduce scrap, rework, and customer issues.
• System Implementation: Design and implement a practical Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001. Establish foundational policies, procedures, and controls for the manufacturing floor and execute a multi-year roadmap.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the technical quality liaison for key customers and coach cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Maintenance) on quality fundamentals and execution discipline. Elevate plant standards related to housekeeping and visual professionalism.
• Establish durable systems that elevate plant performance, customer confidence, and leadership capability.
