The Role

Stark Future is scaling rapidly in North America. As a pure sales entity, the U.S. subsidiary requires a hands-on, highly autonomous Finance Manager to own the entire local finance function. This is (at the moment) a one-person finance setup with strong focus on Accounts Receivable and cash performance, combined with responsibility for local accounting, payables, banking, reporting and compliance. You will act as the financial backbone of the North American entity — ensuring transparency, discipline, and scalable structures while supporting commercial growth.

What You’ll Do

• Order-to-Cash & AR Leadership (Primary Focus)

• Full ownership of billing, collections and dispute management

• Active DSO management and structured collection strategy

• Customer credit assessments and risk monitoring

• Cash application and AR reconciliation

• Close alignment with Sales to improve payment discipline

• Work together with financing partne

What you will bring to Stark

• At least 4 years of experience in AR, preferably from the motorcycle industry

• Strong hands-on mentality - not afraid to execute

• Deep understanding of AR and cash management

• Experience in small entity or startup environment preferred

• ERP experience (Preferably Microsoft business central)

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented

• Comfortable operating in a fast-scaling environment

Performance criteria:

1. Achieve ≥95% collection within terms

2. Reduction of overdue invoices

3. Dealer satisfaction
