Outbound Sales Closer (1 Day Process)

My Derma Dream is a fast-growing direct response skincare brand with a global remote team and a high-performance sales culture.
We help customers find skincare solutions through consultative phone sales, and we are now hiring experienced **Phone Sales Representatives** in the Philippines to join our growing team.
This is **not customer service**.
We are looking for confident sales closers.
You must be strong on the phone, confident in English, comfortable handling objections, and motivated by commission-based earnings.

**You must have:**
1+ years phone sales experience or equivalent work experience
Laptop or PC
Noise-cancelling headset
