Control Substance Admin
Description
The Control Substance Admin responsibilities include preparing DEA Form 222s, entering inventories and assembling CII kits. This position will also perform other CII Department Admin tasks as needed or directed by the DEA Compliance Manager and Supervisor.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and assemble DEA Form-222s and outgoing CII kits and resends
- Enter inventories for manufacturing customers
- Maintain records of unexecuted and/or expired DEA Form-222s
- Mail CII supplies to outside territory managers
- Prepare and assemble DEA Form-222s for shipping
- Create picklists for shipping
- Maintain, file and pull records of shipped debit memos
- Filing or pulling records as needed
- Maintain interdepartmental email
- Other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have computer skills, including data entry, Word and Outlook
- Must be flexible, self-motivated
- Must maintain a positive attitude in a high-performance team environment
- Must be available to work overtime upon reasonable notice, including weekends
- Must pass background check and random drug screenings
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach and bend for up to 8 hours a day, with breaks.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Assistance is available upon request for lifting packages that exceed 40 lbs. or that are in unstable condition.
- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
