Are you an RN looking for a consistent schedule with your weekdays free? This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role while working a dedicated weekend program schedule.
Schedule
- Every weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
- 16-hour shifts
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 32 hours in just 2 days
- Weekdays off
Position Summary
As the RN Weekend Supervisor, you will lead the nursing team during your shift, ensuring high-quality care for residents while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. You will serve as the key clinical leader during weekend coverage.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the shift
- Monitor resident care and conduct rounds to ensure quality and compliance
- Address clinical and operational issues in real time
- Assist with admissions, care coordination, and staffing needs
- Partner with the Director of Nursing to support overall clinical operations
- Ensure proper documentation, communication, and adherence to standards
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or hospital setting
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable with electronic documentation systems
