Administrative Assistant (remote)
We are looking for an administrative assistant to help with day-to-day operations.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company's executive leadership. You will work under tight deadlines and high pressure, as well as meet strict deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude. You will also be responsible for assisting with office management, including filing and organizing documents, coordinating meetings and events, answering telephones and responding to inquiries, ordering supplies and equipment, and responding to requests from employees. You should be aware that this position is full-time and requires occasional travel across the country (or internationally) to attend industry conferences or meetings with clients.
