In this role, you will bring structure and clarity to urgent, complex, or ambiguous scopes of work, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on target. You will also champion project management best practices, continuously improving how teams plan, collaborate, and execute to achieve organizational goals.

- Define clear goals, success metrics, and timelines prior to project kickoff for all assigned projects.
- Lead weekly project syncs with timely project health reports, action steps to remove roadblocks, and escalation of blockers or dependencies when needed.
- Ensure adherence to approved project timelines across all assigned MIPs.
- Conduct timely and structured post-mortems or retrospectives for all projects, identifying lessons learned and actionable improvements.
- Drive adoption of DoorLoop’s Project Management Framework and best practices.
- Facilitate project meetings and communications (planning sessions, kickoffs, milestone reviews, closure meetings, reporting), ensuring on-time execution with all necessary participants and documentation.
- Deliver at least one process or structural improvement per quarter that enhances project management efficiency and execution success.
- Lead and deliver ad-hoc, high-impact cross-functional projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-target delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and share weekly status updates with stakeholders for all supported initiatives.
- Ensure all assigned projects are integrated into DoorLoop’s project management system, with clear ownership, timelines, and status tracking for every action item.
- Unlimited paid time off: take unlimited personal, sick, and vacation days.
- 401(k): plan for retirement with 4% matching and instant vesting.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance: we offer medical coverage for employees through United Healthcare and dental and vision coverage through Guardian, with coverage for dependents across all plans.
- Life insurance: $100,000 policy fully covered by DoorLoop.
- Disability insurance: short- and long-term disability insurance fully covered by DoorLoop.
- Paid parental leave: paid maternity and paternity leave for birth and adoption.
- Monthly stipend: a dedicated budget for work-related expenses.
- Best-in-class equipment: Get a company laptop and all the top-tier tools to set you up for success.
Compensation will be discussed based on qualifications and experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of professional experience in a software or technology company, including at least 3 years of related experience focused on project or program management, strategy, and/or operations.
- Proven ability to proactively plan ahead and identify potential risks early in project lifecycles.
- Demonstrated track record of maintaining strong accountability and stakeholder alignment across project teams.
- Highly organized with exceptional prioritization and time management skills.
- Skilled at using data and KPIs to drive decisions, measure outcomes, and optimize performance.
- Capable of helping department leaders prioritize and sequence projects based on strategic goals, resources, and business impact.
- Committed to driving consistency and excellence in documentation, reporting, and process execution.
- Strong communicator who integrates feedback and fosters cross-department collaboration.
- Acts as a champion for project management excellence, reinforcing DoorLoop’s culture of execution.
- Demonstrates ownership, agility, and composure in fast-changing or ambiguous situations.
