Travel Planning Specialist (Remote)
Position Overview
We are looking for a Travel Planning Specialist to help clients design seamless and memorable travel experiences for weddings and special occasions. This position focuses on coordinating travel arrangements—including lodging, airfare, group transportation, and activities—while delivering attentive and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to identify travel needs, budgets, and event details.
- Research destinations, resorts, venues, flight options, and group travel solutions.
- Coordinate and confirm reservations for accommodations, air travel, transfers, and excursions.
- Prepare and distribute detailed itineraries, confirmations, and travel documentation.
- Provide prompt, professional communication throughout the planning process.
- Maintain organized records of client information and booking details.
- Monitor destination updates, supplier offerings, and relevant travel guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong planning, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with online booking platforms and standard office applications.
- High level of attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.
- Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, event coordination, or customer service is preferred.
