Smartmart, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is looking for outgoing, sales oriented, and success driven individuals to join our Retail Sales Team. As a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Smartmart, your role is to provide an exceptional client experience by working directly with our clients, educating them on the complete assortment of Verizon Products and Services, in order to effectively guide them through a simple but thorough selection and buying process.

As a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Smartmart you will be:

• Creating the optimal client experience for each client, each day.
• Assisting new and existing clients throughout the sales process.
• Educating our clients on all Verizon Products and Services.
• Working daily towards meeting and exceeding company and location performance targets.
• Handling all client matters as trained to completely satisfy clients' needs.
• Assisting supervisors in tasks assigned to you personally or the team.
• Completing all required trainings as directed by Smartmart Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
• Setting an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
• Developing your professional skills to take on additional responsibilities that would lead to career advancement opportunities at Smartmart Wireless.

At Smartmart, our Retail Sales Associates must have the following skills and experience:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business.
• Spanish Bilingual is preferred but not requiered.
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and client service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and client service.
• Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended period of hours.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and walk distances of 30 feet or less.
• Ability to sit, squat, kneel, bend routinely.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Be self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.
