Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the installation of HVAC systems in custom luxury homes, ensuring projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with dispatch, management, and field technicians to support smooth operations.
• Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of company vehicles to uphold company standards.
• Manage inventory, ensuring all necessary tools and parts are available for scheduled jobs.
• Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with industry best practices.
• Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company on job sites.
• Assist team members in obtaining necessary certifications, with support provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of air conditioning installations, service, and ductwork.
