Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Front Office Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DME sales, a solid understanding of medical terminology , and a passion for helping customers find the right products for their needs. You will be the face of our store, providing top-notch service and product expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers with selecting DME products based on their specific requirements.
• Product Expertise: Maintain a thorough understanding of DME offerings, features, and benefits to educate customers effectively.
• Medical Knowledge: Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to communicate accurately with customers and healthcare professionals.
• Sales Transactions: Accurately handle sales transactions, manage inventory updates, and process documentation.
• Customer Service: Provide personalized service, resolve product inquiries, and maintain a professional environment.
• Office Coordination: Support daily front office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining a welcoming workspace.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Preferred: Associate's degree in business, Healthcare, or a related field
• Experience:
• Previous experience in DME sales or a related retail setting is required .
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of medical supplies and medical terminology .
• Brightree software experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software.
• Attitude:
• Professional demeanor and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
