Automotive Detailer

We are looking for an experienced automotive detailer for reconditioning used vehicles. We need a hardworking, detail-oriented team member who is steady and meticulous to join our multi-store enterprise. The prime candidate will be self-motivated and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Washing, waxing, and polishing vehicle’s exterior, including tires, wheels, and glass
• Vacuuming, cleaning, deodorizing interior, including carpets, seats, upholstery, and dashboard
• Removing stains, spills, and debris from all surfaces
• Removing old tint and stickers from windows or exterior of vehicles
• Addressing minor damage or blemishes (scratches or scuffs) by buffing or other methods as directed by management
• Inspecting vehicles for any damages or defects such as dents or scratches, and reporting findings to management
• Operating tools such as steamers, vacuums, buffers, and high-pressure washers
• Using various detailing products and techniques to enhance the vehicles appearance, protect paintwork, and achieve a high-quality finish
• Follow all Company procedures and standards
• Perform all duties as assigned

Qualifications for this job:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to communicate well with manages and other employees
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Lifting of heavy items of up to 75 pounds
• Able to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dust
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
• Must be able to pass background screening and drug test
