We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Fleet Data Specialist to own the collection, validation, and maintenance of fleet data for Part 135 operators. This role is foundational to the accuracy, trust, and usability of the Tuvoli platform.

You’ll be responsible for managing large volumes of aircraft and pricing data, driving projects to completion, and ensuring data integrity at scale.

What You’ll Do

As a Fleet Data Specialist at Tuvoli, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the quality and reliability of our platform data. You’ll:

• Own the end-to-end process of collecting and vetting fleet data from Part 135 charter operators
• Gather, organize, and maintain aircraft details including tail numbers, aircraft type, amenities, photos, and pricing information
• Process large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Validate and standardize data to ensure consistency across the platform
• Communicate directly with operators to request, clarify, and confirm fleet information
• Manage data-related projects independently, driving them from intake through completion
• Ensure fleet listings remain current as operators update or change their aircraft
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering teams to support fleet data workflows and platform accuracy
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies and proactively resolve them
• Use internal systems and technology platforms to efficiently manage and scale data workflows

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives in a data-heavy environment, and is passionate about aviation and technology. The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and follow through to completion
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfort processing and validating large datasets accurately
• Strong technical aptitude and confidence learning and using multiple technology platforms
• Experience working with spreadsheets, internal tools, CRMs, or data systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A genuine passion for aviation and aircraft, with interest in the technology that supports modern charter operations
• Experience working at a Part 135 operator or aviation company is a strong plus
