Jacob Electric LLC, We are hiring Electrical Apprentices (T1–T6 levels) and Journeyman Electricians to join our growing electrical team across Central Florida. Work includes residential, commercial, and light industrial projects such as EV charger installations, lighting upgrades, panel changes, troubleshooting, and new construction wiring. Apprentices will work under supervision while progressing through training levels (T1–T6). Journeyman electricians will independently handle installations, diagnostics, and jobsite leadership.
Wages
• T1 Apprentice: $16 – $20/hour
• T2 Apprentice: $18 – $22/hour
• T3 Apprentice: $20 – $25/hour
• T4 Apprentice: $22 – $28/hour
• T5 Apprentice: $25 – $31/hour
• T6 Apprentice: $28 – $35/hour
• Journeyman Electrician: $32 – $42/hour (based on experience)
Overtime available.
Higher pay for EV charger, commercial, and generator experience.

Responsibilities:
Apprentice Electrician (T1–T6)
• Assist with electrical installations and repairs
• Pull wire, bend conduit, and mount devices
• Learn to read blueprints and electrical diagrams
• Support journeyman electricians on job sites
• Follow safety procedures and NEC standards
• Progress through apprenticeship levels Journeyman Electrician
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Troubleshoot electrical issues independently
• Lead small crews and apprentices
• Ensure compliance with Florida electrical codes
• Complete projects on schedule

Requirements Apprentice:
• Enrolled in or completing electrical apprenticeship program
• Basic electrical knowledge and tool familiarity
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Reliable transportation Journeyman
• Valid Florida Journeyman license (or equivalent experience)
• 4–6+ years field experience
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes
• Ability to work independently and lead crews
• Valid driver’s license
