Events Coordinator

The Events Coordinator will assist the Sales and Events managers with administrative duties including but not limited to lead intake, Word processing, account management, presentation preparation and customer follow up. This position will coordinate account client needs and client events. The Events Coordinator will also maintain files and systems, assist in arranging site inspections as needed, participate and /or lead event meetings and other staff meetings. Duties also include contract review and facilitating communication before, during and post event with pertinent hotel staff to ensure a high level of service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills on assignments.
