Residential New Construction Estimator – Winter Garden, FL
$25–$32/hr (flexible for the right candidate)
Full-time | 7AM–4PM | On-site
Join a growing HVAC and electrical services team that's redefining residential new construction across Central Florida. With a reputation built on quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction, our client is seeking a skilled Residential New Construction Estimator to support their continued growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong technical and organizational skills to join a high-performing, collaborative team.
What You’ll Do:
Analyze blueprints, specs, and proposals to develop accurate time, cost, and labor estimates for HVAC new construction projects
Prepare energy and load calculations using Energy Gauge and Wrightsoft
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
Maintain project documentation and ensure all data is captured accurately in Excel
Deliver exceptional customer service and problem-solving throughout the estimation process
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in residential HVAC design and estimating
Proficiency with Energy Gauge and Wrightsoft software
Familiarity with Excel; AutoCAD experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and dependability
Team-player mentality with excellent communication and time management skills
