Position Overview:

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. You’ll be responsible for answering incoming calls, making outbound calls to existing customers to schedule services, and ensuring every customer receives the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to resolve customer's concerns and provide solutions.
• Making outbound calls to existing customers to schedule preventive maintenance calls, and follow-up on outstanding quotes.
• Answering inbound calls with a smile; providing white glove service to existing and new customers.
• Managing communication channels with field technicians.
• Managing service technicians routes and schedules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree (Preferred).
• 2 Years Sales/Customer Service Experience (Required).
