Senior Compliance Associate

Overview A leading aviation company seeks a motivated, detail-oriented Compliance Senior Associate to support the Legal & Compliance Department in ensuring regulatory and policy adherence. This role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide guidance on compliance-related matters.
- Maintain and update compliance records, including training logs, certifications, and audit reports.
- Support the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and reports.
- Stay informed of changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in investigations of compliance issues and support the implementation of corrective measures.
- Provide training and support to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Legal & Compliance Department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in compliance management or a similar role within the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of Securities law, Fair Housing regulations, and financial auditing practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements and the Bank Secrecy Act.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Professional certification in compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is a plus.

Pay: $94,000.00 - $97,500.00 per year
