We’re looking for a Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our customers. This person will play a critical role in ensuring smooth front desk operations—from appointment scheduling to payment processing—while creating a welcoming, professional experience for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in customers with a warm, professional attitude

• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments

• Maintain the appointment calendar and ensure clear communication between customers and technicians

• Process payments accurately using our POS system (cash, card, and digital payments)

• Confirm next-day appointments and follow up on missed ones

• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and stocked with any necessary materials

• Support general office duties such as filing, scanning, and light administrative work

• Assist with light communication via email or text to update customers on job status, changes, or wait times

• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor under busy or high-traffic conditions

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred (especially in service, automotive, or hospitality)

• Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette

• Comfortable using computers and basic software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable using scheduling software and POS systems (we’ll train on our platform)

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• High school diploma or equivalent required
