IT Assistant REMOTE
- Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot IT issues.
- Assist in the maintenance and configuration of hardware and software systems.
- Monitor network performance and ensure security protocols are up to date.
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technology solutions.
- Document IT processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.
- Proven experience working in IT support or a related field.
- Familiarity with operating systems, networking, and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or a relevant field.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other IT tools.
