Tapestry DC Mechanic II (Weekend Dayshift)
- Maintain and/or replace conveyor, V-belts, gear boxes, and motor controls (drive cards)
- Test, maintain, install, repair + calibrate equipment (sorters, conveyor, lifts, box sizers, PIT, etc.)
- Perform Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM)
- Perform Breakdown Analysis + utilize PLC
- Perform daily equipment walkthrough
- Read Schematics
- Conduct electromechanics, robotics, and mechanical troubleshooting
- Assist maintenance team as needed
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience maintaining FC/DC machinery + conveyance
- Excellent mechanical + electrical abilities (up to 480V)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Regularly to lift up to 20 lbs throughout the shift and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist or crouch for entirety of shift.
