Remote Property Accountant - GAAP, Budgets & Reporting
Bryten is seeking a Property Accountant to join our remote team in the United States. This role handles third-party accounts, bank transactions, month-end closes, GAAP reports, budgeting inputs, and cash-flow management with a focus on accuracy and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, 2+ years in property accounting, strong MS Office and Yardi/Resman experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
