Remote Appointment Setter — Cold Calling US Contractors

11x Digital builds automation systems for contractors across the United States: plumbers, roofers, HVAC and electrical businesses.

Most contractors are excellent at the trade and drowning in everything around it. They're up a ladder or under a sink while the phone rings out. A customer calls, gets voicemail, and calls the next guy. A quote gets promised and never sent.

That's the problem we fix. We stop leads falling through the cracks and take the admin off their plate, so they can stay on the tools and still grow.

We're hiring remote appointment setters to get those owners on the phone and onto our closer's calendar.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

* 300 to 500 dials per day to US-based contractors and home service businesses
* Open honestly, find the pain, and qualify the owner in three questions
* Book qualified owners onto our closer's calendar within a 3-day window
* Log every outcome and objection in the CRM before you dial the next number
* Confirm email, mobile, time zone, and repeat the time back on every booking

You are not closing. You never quote a price, never negotiate, and never promise a deliverable. Your job is to get a qualified owner on the calendar and get him to show up.

YOUR TARGETS

* Dials per day: 300 to 500
* Booked calls per week: 5
* Booked calls per month: 20

300 dials is the floor. 500 is what our top performers do. Volume is the part of this job entirely within your control.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Clear, confident spoken English. You'll be on the phone with American business owners all day.
* Comfortable with rejection and high call volume. Most calls end quickly. That's the job.
* Reliable internet, a quiet space, and a headset
* Able to work US business hours consistently. Calls land between 10am and 3pm in the prospect's local time.
* Organised enough to log outcomes properly. An unlogged booking is a lost booking.

NICE TO HAVE, NOT REQUIRED

* Previous cold calling, appointment setting or telesales experience
* Experience with a dialer or CRM
* Any exposure to the home services or trades industry

No degree required. We care about how you sound on the phone and whether you'll hit the dials.
