General Laborer
Ironclad & Co. is seeking dependable General Laborers to assist with various construction and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidates are hardworking, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal
- Support skilled tradespeople with tasks as needed
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work site
Requirements
- Previous experience in general labor or construction preferred
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
