Condominium Assistant Manager

Responsibilities: - Assist the Property Manager in managing daily operations of the property
- Respond to resident inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate and assist in overseeing maintenance and repairs of the property
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
- Assist in the processing resident applications for available units
- Creating outstanding relationships by developing engaging resident communications
- Perform regular inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained and meets safety standards
- Assist in the enforcement of community rules & regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident & community information, per statute
- Assist in the preparation of community policies & procedures, agreements and other necessary documents
- Assist in preparing for and attending Board Meetings as needed
Qualifications: - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in property management or related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Building Link, Accounting software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of community association management laws and regulations
- Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
- Experience with processing resident applications and marketing
- Ability to handle resident complaints and resolve conflicts
- Experience with property maintenance and repair
- Experience with vendor management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Please note that this is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience) Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: - Health insurance
