Audiologist Core Responsibilities

• Administer a full range of diagnostic testing for patients of all ages
• Analyze results, counsel patients, and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Fit and dispense hearing aid technology across multiple brands
• Provide accurate, timely documentation and collaborate with providers to support patient care

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree
• Current California Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing licensure (or eligibility)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000 - $155,000 earning potential (salary + commission)
