Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain schedules to ensure client service expectations are met.
• Proactively identify and report customer concerns to the Operations Manager and assist in resolving them.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager to ensure client needs are consistently met or exceeded.
• Deliver high-quality services as specified on client sites.
• Identify and implement more efficient methods to perform work.
• Oversee daily site operations and delegate tasks to team members effectively.
• Provide feedback on crew performance to the Operations Manager.
• Train and mentor crew members to support their development.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Participate in branch meetings and provide updates as required.
• Accurately log crew time, equipment usage, and maintenance cycles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader.
• Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License and meet insurance requirements.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Compensation

Pay Range : $20 to $24 per hour, based on experience. Bonuses : Monthly production bonuses based on performance. Final Compensation : Commensurate with experience.
