AI Application Engineer

As an AI Application Engineer you will be working on cutting-end GenAI challenges for Fortune 500 companies and building out Agentic AI applications for Customers. You will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, building new AI applications for customers, integrating with customers' data and applications and lead deployment of Gen AI Applications for very large enterprise customers.

In this role, you will:

• Build and customize Agentic AI applications for Fortune 500 companies

• Align GenAI solutions with customer needs and business goals

• Lead deployment of GenAI applications at enterprise scale

• Analyze customer data structures and integrate with existing systems

• Implement APIs and integration protocols for seamless connectivity

• Evaluate and improve AI model performance

• Identify patterns in data to troubleshoot and recommend enhancements

• Collaborate with internal teams across engineering, product, and customer success

• Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand needs and provide technical guidance

Ideally, you'd have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years experience as an AI/ ML Engineer or similar roles.

• Solid foundational understanding of traditional ML & Generative AI concepts

• Practical experience in GenAI application development, Prompt Engineering & running detailed evaluations

• Strong analytical skills - to understand deep patterns in client data, troubleshoot model performance issues & suggest innovative solutions to improve outcomes

• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions and cloud technologies

• Strong understanding of API frameworks and various Integration protocols

• Ability to work with different data structures and handle basic transformations in order to automate certain components of the application

• Experience with solution design, cloud based solution architecture, and integrations.

• Proficient with relevant programming languages and technologies.

• Prior customer facing experience is a plus

• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a global team.

• Ability to Document and understand complex processes spanning multiple functions is highly desirable
