Bilingual Early Childhood Group Facilitator

Salary will be $58,000 (plus insurance and time off benefits)

Easterseals Florida is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Early Childhood Group Facilitator to join our team in Tampa, supporting families with children from birth to age 8, providing group therapy sessions to aid in child development strategies. This role involves facilitating parent/guardian group and in-home sessions and child group and in-home sessions and ensuring the compliance and overall successful achievement of grant deliverables.

This is a hybrid position facilitating groups in person throughout Hillsborough County.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group and in-home sessions for parents/guardians and children
• Coordinate with community agencies and promote program services
• Represent the program at outreach events (school fairs, family nights, etc.)
• Create a welcoming group environment and encourage positive interaction
• Maintain focus on family needs and child development strategies
• Ensure compliance with grant deliverables and program goals

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, early childhood education, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in a related field
• Bilingual - fluent in Spanish and English (spoken, written, and read)
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Professional, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
• Must meet driver requirements; travel is required
