JOB SUMMARY:
- Maintaining a busy schedule with multiple appointments and deadlines
- Heavy customer service responsibilities
- Safe operation of company vehicle and equipment
- Ensuring that jobs are done legally, professionally, and within specifications
- Read and understand label instructions regarding treatment procedures
- Complex problem solving
- Occasional work on ladders, in crawl spaces, and attics
- Working independently and in groups
- Educate and communicate with customers on services
- Continually refining skills and knowledge
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High character, be willing to do the right thing
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated to help the company grow and succeed
- Must demonstrate good attendance/punctuality
- Basic computer knowledge; capable of learning new software programs quickily
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year pest control experience
- Minimum 3 years customer service experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Possess a valid driver's license with a great DMV record
- Pass background check and drug test
