JOB SUMMARY:

• Maintaining a busy schedule with multiple appointments and deadlines
• Heavy customer service responsibilities
• Safe operation of company vehicle and equipment
• Ensuring that jobs are done legally, professionally, and within specifications
• Read and understand label instructions regarding treatment procedures
• Complex problem solving
• Occasional work on ladders, in crawl spaces, and attics
• Working independently and in groups
• Educate and communicate with customers on services
• Continually refining skills and knowledge

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High character, be willing to do the right thing
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated to help the company grow and succeed
• Must demonstrate good attendance/punctuality
• Basic computer knowledge; capable of learning new software programs quickily

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year pest control experience
• Minimum 3 years customer service experience
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Possess a valid driver's license with a great DMV record
• Pass background check and drug test
