Revenue Accountant

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

• Manage revenue recognition for membership packages and ancillary products, ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Reconcile membership and product sales across Salesforce, Payment Processors (Shopify/Stripe), and Sage.
• Maintain and update membership and ancillary pricing in payment platforms.
• Reconcile cash deposits from payment processors to AR and deferred revenue accounts.
• Prepare revenue-related schedules and support annual audits.
• Perform cash book accounting and bank reconciliations.
• Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and expense review.
• Assist with month-end close, including reconciliations of balance sheet items and subledgers.
• Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and system integrations across the Order-to-Cash process.

· Provide regular monthly and weekly reports to the CFO on the financial duties and results of the work performed.

• Perform work with a high degree of efficiency, integrity and ethics.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as requested.
