Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Key Account Acquisition & Growth :- Identify, target, and onboard high-potential MSOs and Tier 1 accounts by crafting tailored pitches, negotiating partnership terms, and developing account-specific plans to hit quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Serve as the face of our brand, building deep, collaborative relationships through regular check-ins, site visits, and proactive in-person entertainment or events designed to strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Focus on understanding account goals, aligning company initiatives with client objectives, and driving engagement through authenticity and consistent communication.
- Proactively monitor and manage inventory to maintain Out-of-Stock rates at 10% or lower across all key accounts.
- Work closely with leadership and supply chain teams to forecast demand, coordinate deliveries, and develop contingency plans to ensure product availability and service reliability.
- Push the full portfolio of products into key accounts, customizing assortments for maximum shelf space.
- Fully execute the promotional strategy by defining what works best for accounts, partnering with marketing on co-branded campaigns, and tracking results.
- Team up with marketing, supply chain, product development, and finance to sync account plans with company goals.
- Provide regular updates, forecasts, and insights to leadership, with input that helps define big-picture strategy sessions.

Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Strategic Sales.
- Strong familiarity with Asana or similar account tracking software.
- Advanced Excel capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively under tight deadlines.

- Fully Remote | Based in Colorado (Travel required)
