Infiniti Stuart is seeking Sales Specialists to join our high-performing team. Experience in car sales is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting new or pre-owned vehicles tailored to their needs and budget
• Present and demonstrate Infiniti's premium features and technology in a compelling way
• Provide transparent, accurate information on financing, leasing, and trade-in options
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through consistent follow-up
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Infiniti vehicles, industry trends, and competitor offerings
• Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams for a seamless transaction
• Maintain a polished, professional image and deliver outstanding service throughout the sales journey
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

What We're Looking For:

• Previous sales experience (automotive experience preferred but not required)
• A passion for luxury cars and a commitment to providing world-class customer service
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
