How you’ll make an impact in this role

Engineer a sterile, high-functioning surgical environment by meticulously preparing the operating suite with the precise instruments, solutions, and specialized supplies required for complex procedures.

Anticipate the needs of the surgical team by expertly managing the flow of instruments and providing critical assistance with hemostasis, ensuring the surgeon has exactly what is needed at the precise moment it’s required.

Champion patient safety and anatomical positioning by assisting in the secure transport and draping of patients, maintaining a protective and dignified environment throughout the perioperative journey.

Maintain rigorous clinical accountability by organizing and tracking instrument counts with unwavering accuracy to ensure a safe, complication-free outcome for every patient.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
  degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Surgical care experience preferred
• Ability to work night, weekend and holiday on-call rotation
