Location: Naples, FL
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $80K to $110K per year DOE plus full benefits
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour

Job Summary
A private outpatient practice in Naples is looking for a Physical Therapist who enjoys helping patients move better and feel stronger in everyday life. In this role, you will assess injuries and movement issues, lead treatment sessions, and build practical recovery plans that support long-term progress. This is a full-time position with a manageable caseload and a consistent weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments
• Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s condition and goals
• Lead exercise-based therapy sessions and provide manual treatment as appropriate
• Monitor patient response to treatment and adjust care plans when needed
• Teach proper movement patterns and home exercises
• Complete daily documentation and progress reports

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure before start
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
• New graduates with strong outpatient training may be considered
