Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic and growing company? We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team in the New Tampa area. ### About the Role
Reporting to the Controller, you will play a vital role in strengthening financial operations and developing efficient business processes. You'll collaborate with a talented and passionate team while managing essential accounting functions, including reconciliations, accruals, invoicing, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll, and general accounting tasks.

Additionally, you'll be instrumental in implementing a new accounting system and enhancing monthly financial management and KPI reporting. Strong QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Excel skills will be essential for success in this role.

### What You'll Do
- Oversee full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, reconciliations, and general ledger management
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Manage payroll processing and related financial reporting
- Support the implementation of a new accounting system and reporting structure
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions and processes
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial operations and best practices

### What We're Looking For
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance OR 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced accounting environment
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Excel
- Problem-Solving & Initiative: A self-starter with a proactive approach to process improvement
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

### What We Offer
