Bilingual Customer Service Rep

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service & Back Office Specialist to support a growing international manufacturer located near the Orlando airport. In this role, you’ll manage the full order lifecycle, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role is 100% in person- no remote work available. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and enter them accurately into the ERP system

• Confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines with Sales & Logistics

• Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers

• Handle post-order customer inquiries, delivery updates, and issue resolution

• Support the back-office team with invoicing, delivery notes, and credit memos

• Maintain accurate records of orders and communication

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics departments
