As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and the art of mixology, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Arrive at the property in uniform at the scheduled time. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Constantly check drink quality, consistency and presentation. Be familiar with all beverage-related procedures and equipment. Create specialty cocktails to enhance the guest experience. Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Monitor and manage inventory levels of bar supplies. Know and adhere all emergency procedures and work to prevent accidents. Collect money for drinks served. Balance cash receipts. Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons. Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking or ordering transportation for intoxicated patrons. Clean glasses, utensils, bar equipment, bar area, work areas, and tables. Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks. Service oriented, must have a professional attitude, you will be dealing with high-end customers. Comply with health and safety regulations and responsible serving policies. Requirements Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and other beverages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid bartending license (if required).
