Health & Wellness Sales Consultant

Location: North Palm Beach, FL (In Office)

Compensation: $55,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Expected First-Year Earnings: $80,000–$120,000+

A rapidly growing health and wellness practice is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven sales professional to join its team.

This is not a receptionist or administrative role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating prospective clients, and helping people improve their health and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound phone calls, texts, website inquiries, and social media leads
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
• Educate individuals on available wellness services and treatment options
• Schedule consultations and maintain consistent follow-up
• Convert qualified leads into long-term clients
• Maintain detailed CRM notes and pipeline activity
• Deliver a high-end customer experience throughout the sales process
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless client experience
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident on the phone and in person
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up habits
• Comfortable learning technical product information
• Passion for health, fitness, wellness, or personal development
