This role is essential for delivering specialized, low-impact, high-intensity classes that enhance our members' strength, posture, and flexibility within our premier club environment.

What You'll Do:

• Master of Technique: Lead engaging and expertly choreographed barre classes that focus on correct form, alignment, and muscle engagement using the barre, light weights, and other props.
• Operational Architect: Design and execute safe, well-structured routines that are challenging yet adaptable for participants of varying fitness and experience levels.
• Client Relations Guru: Create a welcoming, encouraging, and attentive atmosphere, ensuring participants feel motivated and supported throughout their practice.
• Strategic Contributor: Manage your class schedule, communicate clearly with the Wellness Director, and help maintain the high standards of the studio and equipment.

What You Bring:

• Certification is Mandatory: Current certification in Barre instruction (e.g., from an accredited training program or studio) is required.
• Proven Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience consistently leading barre classes.
• Availability: Must be able to consistently teach classes on Saturdays.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Must be a self-motivated Independent Contractor capable of managing class development, scheduling, and fostering strong member loyalty.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional energy, precision, and a professional demeanor suitable for a high-end club environment.
