Sr. Billing Specialist (x's 2) POST NUMBER: 18599
The Sr. Billing Specialist is responsible for handling/processing a high volume of complex bills while working between different internal teams and attorneys. Looking for 5 years of billing experience in a law firm environment. Some weekend work during end of Q4. Compensation: $32-$40/hourly Location: 3 days/week on-site in Dallas, TX (75201) OR Tampa, FL (33610) Key Responsibilities: Process client bills via Aderant software. Research and answer billing questions. Review and edit pre-bills in response to attorney and secretary requests. Handle and process a high volume of complex bills. Review and verify accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required. Must Haves: 5 years of progressive billing experience in a law firm environment Versed in handling processing high volumes of complex bills Strong in ad hoc reporting for attorneys Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) By submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
