OK Carz, Central Florida's leading in-house finance dealership chain is seeking 2 highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to fill our newest Business Development Representative positions.

The ideal candidates will have great attitudes, be fluent in both English and Spanish, and have excellent phone sales skills.

The primary role of the Bilingual Automotive Business Development Representative is to reach out to and receive incoming communications from prospective customers via email, phone, chat, and text. The representative effectively outlines the features of OK Carz's incredible finance program to our prospective customers, describes the benefits they'd enjoy when working with the finest in-house finance program in the state of Florida, and encourages the prospective customer to visit to one of our 10 Central Florida dealerships.

The Bilingual Automotive Business Development Representative sets appointments for interested prospective customers and follows up after the appointment to identify missed opportunities.

The position reports to the Director of Business Development and Marketing.

• Prior sales experience is a plus!
• Must be English/Spanish bilingual.
• Must be goal focused.
• Must be able to maintain a positive attitude.
• Must be willing to work most Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

• Field incoming phone, chat, text, and email inquiries
• Follow up with prospective customer inquiries.
• Schedule appointments for prospective customers to visit one of our 10 Central-Florida dealerships.
• Follow up on missed appointments and opportunities.
• Document prospective customer communications in our CRM
• Maintain accurate records of results.
• Research customer histories to identify areas of opportunity.
• Represent OK Carz in a friendly, professional manner at all times.

Pay: $47,601.00 - $61,423.00 per year
