Customer Service Representative - Remote | WFH

Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real impact while working from the comfort of your own home? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our policyholders receive the support and assistance they need when reporting losses or damages.

What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for policyholders reporting claims and provide them with a welcoming and helpful experience.
Gather all relevant details, such as policy information, incident specifics, and contact details.
Help clarify policy coverage and guide policyholders through the claims process with empathy and clarity.
Explain the necessary documentation and steps to process the claim efficiently.
Record all information accurately in the claims management system.
Ensure that the claim reports are complete and accurate.
Coordinate with claims adjusters and inspectors to schedule assessments and inspections when needed.
Address any questions or concerns policyholders may have throughout the process.
Ensure all procedures align with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Provide feedback on ways to enhance the claims process and improve customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree is a plus).
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the property and casualty insurance industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.
Knowledge of property and casualty insurance policies and claims processes is a bonus.
