Project Coordinator
Kforce's client in Altamonte Springs, FL is looking for a Project Coordinator to assist in planning, organizing, and guiding projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, tracking progress, managing documentation, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring projects stay on budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and an effective communicator. This role may involve preparing reports, assisting with budget oversight, and supporting leadership in achieving project goals.
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-2 years of experience required
- Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools
- Attention to detail, ability to track multiple projects simultaneously, basic budgeting or financial tracking skills, and the ability to present project updates clearly to stakeholders
