Dishwasher
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dish room, kitchen floors, trash areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Follow all sanitation, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries for accuracy, quality, and temperature
- Assist with proper storage of food and supplies following FIFO and food safety guidelines
- Label, date, and rotate products as required
- Report damaged, missing, or spoiled items to kitchen management
- Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks such as trash removal, equipment cleaning, and organization
- Support prep and event breakdown as needed
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards
- Supports and encourages colleagues.

- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to assist in multiple areas of kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and allergen management
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Requires daily interaction with professional athletes, coaches, and staff; professionalism, discretion, and a high level of respect are essential
- Must consistently demonstrate a customer service mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs, respond to feedback, and contribute to a positive clubhouse and staff environment
